REPUBLIC FOR HAWAI‘I

The Republic for Hawai‘i is a lawful, non-corporate Republic Assembly, working to restore true constitutional governance based on natural law and the inalienable rights of the people. Our Assembly is made up of everyday individuals who care deeply about Hawai‘i, its people, and its future. We are not a political party, not a nonprofit, and not a corporation. We are We the People — standing together to fulfill the responsibility of self-governance in alignment with righteousness and Aloha.
Our Mission: to restore lawful self-governance in Hawai‘i through education, civic participation, and peaceable assembly — upholding the God-given, unalienable rights of life, liberty, and property for all who call Hawai‘i home.

We believe government exists to secure rights, not to grant them. Rights come from the creator, not from man-made governments or corporate entities. Ua Mau ke Ea o ka ‘Āina i ka PonoThe life (sovereignty) of the land is perpetuated in righteousness.

This is more than a motto — it is the foundation of lawful governance, where truth, justice, and natural law guide our path.

Our position regarding the Hawaiian Kingdom: We recognize and honor the history and legacy of the Hawaiian Kingdom. The Republic for Hawai‘i stands not in opposition, but in peaceful service to all who call Hawai‘i home. Should the Hawaiian Kingdom be lawfully restored, we remain willing to work together in harmony and mutual respect to uphold pono and protect the rights of the People.

The Republic for Hawai‘i Aloha nui loa, It is my honor and privilege to serve as a Governor within The Republic for Hawai‘i, standing alongside many faithful men and women who share a commitment to restoring lawful self-governance, protecting God-given rights, and upholding the Spirit of Aloha for all who call these islands home. We are not here to fight or to divide — we are here to educate, gather peacefully, and stand firmly upon the truth. Our mission is guided by faith in our Creator, love for the ‘Āina (land), and the belief that We the People are the rightful government, not corporations, not political parties, not rulers who forget their sacred duty to serve. In these times, when confusion and fear so often overshadow truth, I believe in the power of knowledge, faith, and unity to light the way forward. As Scripture reminds us: “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” — Hosea 4:6 This is why we teach. This is why we gather. This is why we stand. If your heart is calling you to learn more, to take your place among those who believe in peaceful restoration and lawful self-governance, I invite you to join us. I am a self-governing woman rooted in aloha, guided by divine law, and devoted to truth, freedom, and the awakening of the people.

From early leadership to global travels, my path has always led me toward deeper understanding, healing, and service.

I’ve walked away from illusion, stood firm in the face of deception, and followed the quiet call of truth within.

Now, I stand with the Hawai‘i Republic—honoring the land, loving the people, and helping restore what was always ours: peace, purpose, and pono governance.

Dr. Andrea Mills, PhD, DNM, DD - Maui

Dr. Mills is a 22-year U.S. Army veteran and holds three doctorate degrees in neuroscience, natural medicine, and divinity. Having lived through the overreach of COVID restrictions and the devastation surrounding the Lahaina fires, she chose to rise — not in silence, but in sovereign service. Today, she stands boldly for the people of Hawai‘i, committed to restoring lawful self-governance and educating others about their inherent rights, freedoms, and duty.

and the Pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.” Preamble Government officials a n d law e n f o r c e m e n t o f fi c e r s s w e a r oath to said Constitution in Article 6. We must stand firm that our government secures our rights by joining our local assemblies, electing Constitutional sheriffs and County Commissioners, and stand free to pursue our happiness, as long as we do not harm another.
